Please note that our car parks are ticketless. You’ll need to enter your registration plate on the payment machines before you leave, or just tap your card at the exit barriers.

If you’re travelling in a larger vehicle, please contact guest services in advance for advice on the best place to park.

Swindon train station is just a 15-minute walk away from Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon. It receives direct services from London, South West England and South Wales.

Coaches arriving at the centre directly should park in STEAM’s coach park. Please contact security upon arrival on 01793 507611.

Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon is a 15-minute walk from Swindon train station and the town centre. Just follow the street markings to find your way.

Cycle parking is located in the North A Car Park. Please note that these facilities are used at the cyclist’s own risk.

Our car parks are free for the first 15 minutes, so you can pick-up and drop-off without stress.

After that, parking costs £2.50 for the first 5 hours, then £12 for any longer.

If you spend £100 or more on site, parking is free. Show your receipt to guest services before leaving, and they’ll validate your parking. Unfortunately, we are not able to process a refund after you leave.

Opening hours: 05:00-23:00.

Overnight parking is not permitted, so we kindly request that no vehicles are left on the premises after hours.

Visiting us in an electric vehicle? We’ve got you covered with 40 EV charging points available on-site.

Visit our on-site car valeting service in the North B Car Park to spruce up your vehicle while you shop. Whether you fancy a full valet or a quick wash, the team offer the full works.

Our gift cards are currently unavailable to purchase at the centre. We’re working on bringing them back as soon as possible, so they’ll be available again shortly. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding — we can’t wait to offer them to you again very soon!

We offer complimentary internet access throughout Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon.

Our ATM is located just outside the main entrance, next to Kouzina Greek.

Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon provides a Multi-Faith and Prayer Room for our visitors – located in the longshop by Clarks. Please speak to Security at our West Entrance for access.

Changing facilities can be found in all on-site toilets.

Let your little ones travel in style with our kiddy cars, available by Guest Services at the North Entrance or by the Food Quarter.

Forgotten your pushchair? Strollers can be hired from Guest Services for free.

Bring the little ones along and let them burn off their energy in between shopping at our playground, located by Starbucks.

Dogs are wonderful companions, but to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all visitors, the shopping centre has a no-pets policy. Only guide dogs are permitted inside. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available to hire for free from Guest Services.
