As a Retail Sales Advisor at our store in Designer Outlet Swindon, you’ll:
- Welcome and advise customers, helping them find the right products.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining an excellent store experience.
- Support with store tasks like stock taking, cleaning, and merchandising.
- Handle tills and follow store procedures to maintain a safe, secure environment.
- Keyholder responsibilities to support on occasion opening & closing the store in the absence of the management team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail or customer service is a preference, but we can train highly motivated confident individuals.
- A love for cooking is a bonus!
- Basic IT, numeracy, and literacy skills.
- Physical stamina for standing and moving products.
- Flexibility across the working week and weekends.
